Shipping policy

We hold our own stock in Melbourne and post it ourselves via Australia Post, usually the same business day. We deliver anywhere in Australia; we do not ship overseas.

Rates

• Standard — $5.00 AUD (free on orders of $99 or more)
• Express — $10.00 AUD

Both rates are per order, not per item, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Once posted, Australia Post is typically 2–6 business days for Standard and 1–3 for Express, longer to regional and remote areas. Those are Australia Post's estimates, not a guarantee — once a parcel is with them, its timing is out of our hands, though we will help you chase anything that goes astray.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not moved for several days, email support@homebetter.com.au and we will follow it up with Australia Post.

Addresses

We post to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it before paying — we cannot redirect a parcel once it is lodged. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you and re-send it once you have confirmed the address; re-postage is payable for an address that was entered incorrectly.
